What to Expect
Coming in for your visit
Our doctor visits are by appointment only. This will allow us to better serve you and reduce your waiting time. We do accommodate ill and injured animals into our daily appointment schedule.
We ask that all pets entering our clinic be on a leash or in a carrier. This is for the protection of the animals and clients. Aggressive animals may be kept outside to limit their stress and brought in through the back boarding entrance.
We ask that owners of hospitalized pets be kept for overnight care calls after 8:00 am to ensure that our staff has had time to evaluate your pet for any changes in their condition. In the event of an unexpected change in your pet’s condition, the staff will contact you as soon as possible. Doctors and staff will gladly update you on how your pet is doing and answer any questions or concerns you may have. We ask that before leaving your pet for any care, routine, or emergency, you verify contact information and sign all necessary forms.
